Make the choice to have a voice. Keep Your Trust

What's Your Number?

The video message campaign is designed to reach the School Board of Trustees to bring awareness of the impact the District's proposal will have on you - a Licensed CCSD employee or a Teachers Health Trust in-network provider.

It is important that the Board realizes that to cut $37.5 million in teacher's benefits will severely affect those who dedicate their lives to teaching, the children attending Clark County's public schools, and the medical community.

Share with the School Board of Trustees how, if the district moves forward with their regressive proposals, this will affect your teacher patients.

Ready to get started? Then let's get to it!

Step 1: Record Your Video

Use a digital recording device of your own choosing to record a short 30-second video. Be sure to state your name, your specialty, and let them know what your number is. We recommend jotting down some thoughts before you start recording.

Here are a few examples to get you thinking:

Example 1: My name is Dr. Jane Doe; I am a pulmonologist. My number is 205. That's the number of patients that will lose continuity of care due to having to find a new pulmonologist.

Example 2: My name is John Doe and I represent HCA. My number is 4, which represents the number of hospitals teachers will no longer have access to if they lose the Teachers Health Trust, they include: Sunrise Hospital, Sunrise Children's Hospital, Southern Hills, and Sunrise Mountain View.

Return Your Consent Form To the Trust: The Trust must receive a consent form to utilize your video. Please print out the consent form, complete, and fax back to the Trust at 702-866-6121.  Download Consent Form
