Welcome to Open Enrollment 2018

Make changes to your health plan now through November 22, 2017


Accessing the Open Enrollment Portal

At the login screen, you will enter the site using the following information:

  • Username: Your nine digit Teachers Health Trust Member ID plus a lowercase “e” (ex. 123456789e).
    (*** For Teachers who are dependents in a Multi Teacher Plan, type your nine digit Teachers Health Trust Member ID plus a lowercase “s” (ex. 123456789s).
  • Temporary Password: The last four digits of your SSN and the last two digits of your birth year. For example, for SSN XXX-XX-6789 and birth year 1974, you would type in 678974.
  • Create New Password: You will be asked to change your password and complete the security questions after your initial login to the system. Enter a new password and confirm it on the next line. You may choose any combination of letters and numbers. Entering your password is the equivalent of your digital signature. Before you can complete your password change, you must select a security question, answer it and provide your email address. This will allow you to reset your password if you forget it. Click the ‘Save New Password’ button.
  • Click the “Log on” button.

You will have until November 22, 2017, to login to the online enrollment site, review your plan and make any changes needed. All changes will become effective January 1, 2018.

All required supporting documents (marriage certificates, birth certificates, etc.) must be received by the Trust no later than December 15, 2017. Any documents received after this date are subject to a $100 administration fee.

Please note that no supporting documentation for open enrollment will be accepted after December 31, 2017.
