It’s heating up
It’s heating up already in Las Vegas and we know how important staying hydrated is for your health and wellness. According to CDC.gov the recommended water intake for a healthy woman is 91 ounces (11 cups) and for a healthy man is 125 ounces (15.5 cups).
While we recommend drinking plenty water, keep in mind that roughly 20% of water intake is derived from food - so enjoy those fruits!
